What is the mentoring program?

Van Opstal & Partners' mentoring program is fully customized. We start with an intake in which we explore your goals, context and learning needs. Based on that, we pair you with a suitable mentor.
If desired, we use tools from our Learning & Development (L&D) support, such as growth measurements, personality analyses or feedback tools. These insights help to focus more sharply and deepen the process.
