My mediation approach focuses on movement - for the people and the organization. With humor, commitment and an eye for underlying dynamics, I help parties to understand where the problem lies. By giving space to everyone's story while guiding the process in a goal-oriented way, we work together towards a solution that is supported. I believe that real change begins with mutual understanding and responsibility.

From my background in organizational consulting and human development, I work in a result-oriented way, but always with an eye for the human side. Creativity, innovation and cooperation are the basis of my approach. I help people find the confidence in themselves and in others - so that there is room for recovery and growth.
