My Mediation Style
Effective communication is the key to understanding and cooperation. During mediation, I place a strong emphasis on improving communication between them. I work process-oriented, regularly summarize conversations and bring structure where necessary. My style is empathic, clear and connecting - with an eye for both content and people.
About Me

Funniest questions I get asked as a mediator
"Also, could you please talk to my manager when this is over? I think he would communicate better anyway if you were there."
"That's one of the nicest compliments I ever received. It made me laugh, but it also showed how important people think it is to be truly heard. If you talk with attention and structure in a safe setting, things often change - even if the situation remains difficult. And no, I am not a communication coach for managers, but I do like to help get that conversation going."
